ClubPK Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "You") and ClubPK (hereinafter referred to as "ClubPK", "We", "Us" or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ClubPK website located at https://clubpk.cam and all associated services, applications and content.

By creating an account, depositing funds, claiming any bonus or placing any wager on ClubPK, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

ClubPK is an online gaming information and entertainment platform. ClubPK does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and is not regulated, approved or endorsed by any Pakistani government authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so entirely at their own legal risk and must satisfy themselves that their participation is lawful under applicable local legislation, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and applicable provincial enactments. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain a ClubPK Account, you represent, warrant and confirm that, at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age or, if the operator's licence jurisdiction prescribes a higher minimum age, that higher age. Providing false age information is a serious breach of this Agreement.
• You are accessing and using the Platform on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, proxy or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction and your access to the Platform is lawful under all laws and regulations applicable to you.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of ClubPK, its affiliates, subsidiaries or approved service providers.
• You do not have a pre-existing self-exclusion in place with ClubPK or through any applicable self-exclusion programme that would restrict your access to gambling services.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are not subject to any legal incapacity that would prevent you from doing so.
• The funds you use for gambling are your own legitimately obtained funds and are not derived from any illegal activity.

ClubPK reserves the right to carry out age and identity verification checks at any time, including at the point of registration, at the point of withdrawal or upon reasonable suspicion. Where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, ClubPK reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

Each User may hold one Account only. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement. ClubPK reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated balances.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ClubPK will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify ClubPK support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

ClubPK will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

ClubPK is required to verify the identity, age and payment details of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, during the course of account activity. This Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) process is a standard regulatory requirement applied by licensed online gaming operators globally.

Standard KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. The document must be current, undamaged and clearly legible.
• Proof of Age: As contained in the above identity document.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document displaying your name and residential address (where required).
• Payment Method Verification: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to fund your Account (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet, bank statement).
• Liveness Check / Selfie: A photograph of you holding your identity document, taken in real time.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to ClubPK's satisfaction. ClubPK reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

All deposits and withdrawals on ClubPK are processed in accordance with the payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing times and applicable fees are published in the cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.

ClubPK references Pakistani payment methods commonly used by local players — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and major bank transfers such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as familiar local context only. None of these payment providers endorses, affiliates with or facilitates gambling on behalf of ClubPK. The availability of any specific payment channel is subject to the individual policies of the payment provider.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.
• ClubPK reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that triggers AML monitoring thresholds.
• Deposits funded through credit facilities, loans or borrowed money are strongly discouraged.
• Processing times are operator-dependent and are not guaranteed. ClubPK is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.

ClubPK may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback awards and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is made available and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

The following general conditions apply to all ClubPK bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum bet limit while a wagering requirement is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all derived winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games or live casino. Contribution rates are stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated free bets expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time window. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account balance.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions cap the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated, only one bonus may be active at a time. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses without completing existing wagering requirements may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Abuse Prevention: ClubPK reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse any bonus suspected of being claimed through fraudulent, abusive or collusive activity.

All bets, wagers and game rounds placed on the ClubPK Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or game type, which are published within the relevant section of the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm your acceptance of those rules.

The following general rules apply across all sports betting and casino gaming on ClubPK:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ClubPK does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific market rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error or data feed failure, ClubPK reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings paid in error may be reclaimed.
• Match and game results are determined by the relevant sport's governing body. For cricket, this includes official PCB, PSL and ICC rulings where applicable. ClubPK does not have any affiliation with these organisations.
• Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• ClubPK reserves the right to impose betting limits on any market, game or Account at its absolute discretion and without notice.
• Live betting markets are suspended during key events (wickets, goals, stoppages). Bets placed in error during a suspension window may be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ClubPK Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information, including false age declarations.
• Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform if you are a resident of or physically present in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to gain an unfair advantage in gaming or betting.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse or any other activity designed to exploit promotional offers dishonestly.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from illegal or criminal activity (money laundering).
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute legitimate transactions processed through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive conduct towards ClubPK support staff or other platform users.
• Accessing or attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation.

ClubPK is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should always be a form of entertainment and must never be viewed as a method of generating income. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Users through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusions are enforced without exception and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the ClubPK Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game content and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ClubPK or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any ClubPK content without express prior written consent from ClubPK.

All third-party trademarks, service marks, sports league names, team names and payment brand names referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship relationship with ClubPK.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClubPK, its directors, officers, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings or any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, server downtime or data feed failures that affect bet settlement or game outcomes.
• Any action you take in reliance on information published on the Platform, which is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account security failures resulting from your own negligence.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform, which you accept are a foreseeable consequence of participation in games of chance and skill.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ClubPK's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may close your ClubPK Account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed promptly. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC requirements. Bonus balances and unmet wagering requirement balances will be forfeited upon Account closure.

ClubPK reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, provision of false registration information, technical abuse or conduct that ClubPK determines to be harmful to the Platform or its users.

Following termination, ClubPK will retain User data for the periods required by applicable legal, regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations, as further described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the User's use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. ClubPK does not represent that the Platform is appropriate, available or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. Users in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling may be restricted under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable laws. ClubPK does not provide legal advice and this clause is not a substitute for independent legal counsel.

ClubPK reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ClubPK will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice on the Platform's homepage, an in-account notification or an email to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated in the "Effective Date" notice at the top of this page. We recommend bookmarking and periodically reviewing this page to remain informed of any updates.
